Common Questions

How do I reset my password?

Go to the Sign In page and click "Forgot password". Enter your email and you'll receive a reset link valid for 1 hour.

I signed up with Discord — how do I set a password?

Discord-only accounts cannot use password reset directly. Email admin@c3esports.com and staff can set up your account.

How do I get my .edu email verified?

Add your .edu email in your profile settings. A verification link will be sent to that address. If your institution doesn't issue .edu addresses, contact staff for a manual review.

My team was rejected — what do I do?

Check the staff notes on your registration (visible in your dashboard). If you believe it was an error, reach out via Discord or email.

How do I report a no-show or dispute a match result?

Use the Dispute button on the match detail page within the dispute window. Attach screenshots or Ballchasing replay links as evidence.

How do I delete my account or request my data?

Email admin@c3esports.com with the subject "Data Request" or "Account Deletion". We'll process your request within 14 days.
